Cooking Center

New central kitchen in Zamora

Cooking Center is our new central kitchen in Zamora. We have facilities more than 500 square meters, in which we produce by hand and from scratch some of our star products, such as hamburgers, confit meats, croquettes and salads.

At Cooking Center we are committed to quality raw material and, whenever possible, local product. Thus, we work with Zamorano suckling pig, young Sayago ox, Traditional Zamorano Flour and Gaza Milk, among others.

Cooking Center has involved an investment of more than 2 million euros in the province of Zamora, with which we take a step forward within the sector, making ourselves stronger and more independent.
