Hand-balled and handcrafted with fresh milk, traditional flour and raw materials selected at origin.
Packed in trays 16 units. Each croquette weighs 25 grams.

Conservation and regeneration

Frozen product, keep -18ºC.
Do not defrost previously. Cook in a deep fryer with very hot oil (180º) until the desired golden brown is achieved.
Then let it rest for 2 minutes and plate.

Preparation and presentation suggestions

Super creamy Zamorano beef tail croquette

Step 1: Place the croquettes without defrosting in the fryer or in plenty of hot oil (180º).

Step 2: Let it fry without stirring until the desired golden brown is achieved.

Step 3: Let it rest for two minutes.

Step 4: Plate to taste.
