Weight and presentation: 

Each monkfish and shrimp burger weighs 150 grams and is vacuum packed two by two. In each box there are 6 burgers. Burgers are shipped frozen. 

Regeneration, how to make fish burger

To make the fish burger, thaw in the refrigerator. In a non-stick frying pan, add a few drops of olive oil and leave the burger for 5 minutes on each side over high heat. Serve accompanied by a hamburger bun and fresh vegetables.

Made with black monkfish (fish in the Galician Atlantic Ocean), shrimp and hake. Allergens: gluten, sulfites, fish and crustaceans.
